Service Description

Immerse yourself in the healing art of reiki-infused reflexology. This one-hour session is designed to rejuvenate your body and spirit. By applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, I will aid to stimulate body systems and promote overall wellness. Infusing Reiki energy adds a deeper healing & a sense of calm in the mind, body & spirit. A gently guided meditation with the addition of breathwork to allow the nervous system to surrender into a deeper state of relaxation. Moist heated towel wraps infused with essential oils are applied to the feet for a deeper relaxation experience in this 60 minute reiki-infused reflexology healing session. *BioMat Energy Healing Included in all sessions!
