Service Description

Immerse yourself in the healing art of reflexology with our 90 minute session designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. This service focuses on a holistic approach, balancing our internal energies through applying pressure to specific points on the feet & hands to stimulate body functions and promote overall wellness. Infusing Reiki energy, adds a deeper healing in specific energy center areas. Breathwork, a gentle guided meditation, moist warm towel wraps/hand mitts & hot stones infused with essential oils are incorporated throughout the session. You will experience pauses of rest & reset with crystal sound bowls, chimes/rattles, & Tibetan sound bowls. *BioMat Energy Healing Included in all sessions!
