Reflexology (Hand/Foot) - w/Reiki 90 min

Service Description

This one-hour session designed for the client to experience reiki-infused hand & foot reflexology. This is a powerful session as we are working the same reflexes twice! By applying pressure to specific reflex points on the hands & feet, I will assist the client to a deeper state of relaxation. Hands will be gently worked & reiki-energy infused to heal tired hands. Hands will be wrapped in warm dry towels and placed in heated hand mitts. The 30-minute, reiki~infused reflexology foot session includes guided meditation, breathwork, moist warm towel wraps infused with essential oils which are applied to the feet for a deeper relaxation experience. This combination will activate all body systems and promote overall wellness and assist with lymphatic release. *BioMat Energy Healing Included in all sessions! ****PLEASE NOTE: Feet must be clean & pathogen free.
