Service Description

These 2-hour sessions are part of a 10-session package. That's a 20% savings from booking one solo session! This session allows clients to receive an All-Inclusive session that includes approximately 30/45-minutes of coaching to navigate blockages, negative beliefs/self-talk, changing mind-set/stories we tell ourselves, and techniques on discussing accountability & owning our own shit! We will implement action steps to reduce any blockages that may hinder our growth to discovery of self-care & living within our truest authenticity. Combined with a 90 minute healing session with all modalities (such as: guided meditation, breathwork, reiki-infused reflexology, reiki, intuitive energy healing, and the healing power of Tourmaline & Amethyst crystal energy healing through a heat infused BioMat), with the addition of hot stones & 15-minute oracle or Tarot card reading for clarification & guidance. Sessions may differ as I focus on what I am guided to deliver … as each client has different needs and may require additional support in specific areas. I may stay longer in one section/area as it may take longer to soften/work reflex points and emotional release. Please book your first session on the calendar. I will then book the next 9 sessions with you at the end of our first session.
