These 60-minute sessions are part of a 10-session package. That's a 20% savings from booking one solo session! Immerse yourself in a session of pure relaxation & bliss. Experience the combination of guided meditation, breathwork, reiki-infused reflexology, reiki, intuitive energy healing, and the healing power of Tourmaline & Amethyst crystal energy healing through a heat infused BioMat. Feet will be wiped clean with baby wipes/non-hypoallergenic, hot steam, & towels infused with essential oil, & will be gently wrapped for a deeper relaxation technique. This combination allows the central nervous system to relax and return to homeostasis. Please book your first session on the calendar. I will then book the next 9 sessions with you at the end of our first session.
