These 90-minute sessions are part of a 5-session package. That's a 20% savings from booking one solo session! This session is the experience created in the 60 minute session, with intention for connecting with our intuition through the guidance of our spiritual team, Ascended Masters, Teachers, Guides & Ancestors. Acknowledging the blockages/trauma or resistance held with the body, physically, emotionally, & mentally will be released during this session. I will use many modalities such as: guided meditation, breathwork, reiki-infused reflexology, reiki, intuitive energy healing, and the healing power of Tourmaline & Amethyst crystal energy healing through a heat infused BioMat … with the addition of sound healing. You may experience deep relaxation or tingling, and will be gently moved through ethereal realms. You may even receive messages! Please share! Please book your first session on the calendar.
