reflexology

Reflexology promotes deep relaxation, which helps reduce stress & anxiety. By calming the nervous system, it can improve mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance. Stimulating reflex points encourages better blood flow & lymphatic drainage. This helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues more effectively, while aiding in the removal of toxin and waste from the body. COACHING

Coaching creates a sacred space for reflecting on spiritual experiences. I use various healing modalities, assisting clients to align choices with their soul path. This process guides them in embodying the wisdom gained from sessions like Reiki, Reflexology, sound therapy, and intuitive energy work. Through lifestyle practices, breathwork, & grounding routines ... my coaching will support the physical integration and benefits of Reflexology, Reiki & sound healing. It encourages hydration, nutrition & movement that aligns with the energetic balance. Coaching reinforces the spiritual revelations gained through the healing journey by integrating all practices into daily life. It nurtures connection to purpose, helping clients live from a more intuitive, heart-centered place. Our focus is on Self-Love & Self-Care.

REIKI

Reiki induces a meditative state calming the mind & reducing anxiety, worry, and overthinking. Many people report greater emotional resilience & mental clarity after a session. Reiki supports the body’s natural healing processes by promoting relaxation, reducing inflammation, and helping manage chronic pain. Reiki & reflexology complement traditional medical treatments without interference. Reiki works with the body’s energy field, encouraging a sense of peace, alignment, and connection to something greater than oneself. It can deepen spiritual awareness & foster personal growth.
